roar.
kinda happy and sad news today.
ran 2.4km for PE today.
probably tried like 95% or something of my best.
cause i still walked.
timing: 14 mins 14 seconds. :D

wooots.
better than my napfa from last year.
which was 14 56.
but yeah.
good news over.
bad news.
because i tried so hard.
after the run, i felt TERRIBLE.
i felt like popping at the sides of my forehead. or i just had a headache.
which usually happens after running.
but then.
i sat down and rested for a while.
went to the dips place.
but didn't do any cause i was simply too tired.
then i felt like vomitting.
went into the toilet and vomitted. D:
so felt super terrible and could barely even walk. like seriously.
then recess time.
first thing i did was to immediately go to the nearest table and lie my head flat on it.
to regain my "energy".
then i slowly walked, stopped, rested, walked, stopped, rested till i was at the 2nd table nearest to the basketball court.
continued lying my head flat on the table.
then i finally was able to walk to the basketball court.
and i just totally lied down on the floor.
and then i finally felt a lot better when i rested outside the IT room for a while.
but yeah.
overall.
it was kinda like the worst feeling i've ever had in my life so far.
like even worse than bad stomachaches.

but luckily it's over anyways.

don't feel like talking about choir again.
i think i got extra choir sectionals tomorrow/on thursday. :O
